Listed Below please are the Board of Director positions that are up for election for 2023 term, which will
be voted on and seated at the end of our Annual Meeting on December 9, 2025. The person elected to a
position will be “elect” in that position until December 31, 2025, and assume the position on January 1,
2026. The person nominated must be an Active Member Company Representative.
This Form Must be Submitted by Nov 7th 2025. Nominations will be closed at 12:01am Nov 8th 2025
A copy of the Ballot will be sent to the Active Member Company Representative. If no Nominations are received. The Incumbent will be awarded the Board Position.
